Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Short version: All payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel anytime — your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period. New users receive a free 7-day trial with no payment required.
  

1. No Refunds

All subscription payments and usage top-up (recharge) purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing or purchasing a top-up, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in your account. When you cancel:

Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
No further charges will be made after cancellation
After your billing period ends, your account will be locked and you will need to resubscribe to access your study content

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with limited usage. No payment is required for the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account will be locked automatically.

4. Recharges / Top-ups

Usage top-up purchases are non-refundable and remain available while your Pro subscription is active.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact support@learnsage.app for assistance.
