If you're not satisfied with LearnSage Pro after your first payment, we'll refund your full payment — no questions asked.

• Contact us at support@learnsage.app within 7 days of your first charge
• Include the email address associated with your account
• We'll process your refund promptly

Subsequent Months

After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial months. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trial Users

LearnSage offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. No charge is made during the trial period, so no refund is applicable for trial accounts.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
